The rules and guidelines for using the Smithi platform.

By accessing or using Smithi, operated by SmithiAi, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
If you are using Smithi on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Description of Service
Smithi is a production-grade platform for creating, deploying, and managing AI agents. The Platform provides:
- AI agent creation via natural language, templates, and SDK
- Agent deployment and execution infrastructure
- Third-party tool integrations (Composio, Google, GitHub, Notion)
- Agent monitoring, logging, and management tools
Account Terms
To use Smithi, you must create an account. You agree to:
- •Provide accurate and complete registration information
- •Maintain the security of your account credentials
- •Promptly notify us of unauthorized account access
- •Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
You must be at least 13 years old to use Smithi. Under 18 requires parental or guardian consent.
Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Create agents that engage in illegal, harmful, or abusive activities
- Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform or connected systems
- Interfere with or disrupt Platform infrastructure
- Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited communications
- Reverse engineer or extract Platform source code
- Resell or redistribute Platform access without consent
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Agent Responsibility
You are responsible for the behavior and outputs of AI agents you create and deploy. You must ensure your agents operate within these terms and applicable laws.
Intellectual Property
Platform Ownership
Smithi software, design, trademarks, and documentation are owned by SmithiAi and protected by intellectual property laws.
Your Content
You retain ownership of your agent configurations, workflows, and uploaded data. We process and store it to provide the service.
Agent Outputs
Outputs generated by your agents belong to you, subject to third-party terms for underlying data or tools.
Pricing and Payment
Smithi offers multiple subscription tiers. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:
- •Pay all fees associated with your selected plan
- •Provide accurate billing information and keep it current
- •Accept that fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
Pricing may change with 30 days' notice. You may cancel before a price change takes effect.
Service Availability
Uptime
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Downtime may occur for scheduled maintenance, security patches, or force majeure events.
Third-Party Services
Integrations with Composio, Google, GitHub, and Notion are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or conduct.
Your privacy is important to us. Our data practices are described in our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these terms by reference.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify SmithiAi from claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- •Your use of the Platform
- •Actions or outputs of agents you create, deploy, or manage
- •Violation of these terms or applicable laws
Termination
By You
Terminate your account at any time via account settings or by contacting us. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
By Us
We may suspend or terminate accounts for terms violations, prohibited activities, or non-payment. Notice will be provided when reasonably possible.
Your Data
Request a data export within 30 days of termination. After this period, data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes require at least 30 days' notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
